One to one Coaching

€150 for a 90 minute Deep Dive Discovery Session

€100 for every 60 minute session thereafter and 2 check in messages between session

I have always leaned on coaches/mentors during my lifetime. Over the years I have had various coaches from business coaches, to personal coaches, holistic coaches, spiritual coaches to fitness coaches. As a coach I will help show you where your opportunity lies and help guide you to the most fulfilling life you can live.
