What is a Core Value?

A Core Value will help you define what is important in your life and core values will give you more confidence to make important decisions in life.

I discovered my Core Values many years ago, and since then I use these values to guide me throughout my life.

One of my highest Core Values in Connection, for me in business and life I really need to feel connected to people, my life vision , a business purpose and so on. Whenever I am struggling in business I go back to this core value and see where it is missing or where I can bring more connection.

Another Core Value I really need to live a life of fulfilment is playfulness. Often people think life and business need to be serious all of the time, however I believe even in business you can have fun.

If I show up for certain business projects and there is no fun , I won’t be able to shine and therefore I won’t perform as well as I would in a group with more fun.
